Qualifications

• Must have TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of facilities maintenance or related technical experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to respond quickly and effectively in emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer service calls.
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on mechanical systems and facility equipment.
• Assist with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building infrastructure projects.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation of all systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and completed work.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Respond promptly to maintenance and safety requests within the facility.
