Mosquito Joe of Baltimore and Annapolis – The Mosquito Slaying Powerhouse is hiring an entry-level Field Technician to join our outdoor pest control team. You’ll wear bug-stopping gear, service residential properties, and help protect backyards from mosquitoes with our advanced treatment methods.

We offer a competitive start at $21/hour, 401(k) with matching, a company car, paid time off, signing bonus, and weekends off with daytime hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; no degree required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Valid Class C driver's license and safe driving record.
• Pass a drug screening and have acceptable criminal background.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pest control services to clients.
• Tackle mosquitoes with effective treatment.
• Examine and treat customer properties.
• Provide product information and guidance.
• Maintain records of interactions and treatments.
• Operate safely and follow regulations.
• Maintain service vehicle and uniform.
• Be able to backpack a 60-pound sprayer.
• Market the Mosquito Joe brand.
• Other duties as needed.
