Job summary

SURGE Staffing is hiring an Entry-Level Molding & Assembly Associate for a full-time role with a 4-day work week. No experience is required; training will be provided to help you succeed.

On 1st shift, you will work Mon–Thu from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, earning $16.50/hour. You will remove finished parts, load machines, operate simple automated equipment, and pack products while maintaining quality and safety.

Qualifications

• No experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift.
• Good attention to detail.
• Dependable with good attendance.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Remove finished parts from machines.
• Place parts into machines to begin the production process.
• Push buttons to operate simple automated equipment.
• Pack finished products.
• Check parts for quality and report any defects.
• Keep your work area clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures.
