Responsibilities

• Complete all incoming ROI requests promptly.
• Maintain 100% ROI accuracy.
• Complete STAT requests within 1 hour and maintain 24-hour turnaround for other ROI requests.
• Scan ROI requests into chart and ensure proper filing.
• Maintain confidentiality, security, and ethics in handling PHI.
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients and requestors.
