Job summary

Innova Solutions is hiring a Manufacturing Technician I for a full-time, contract role in Saint Paul, MN. The position involves manufacturing, assembly, and packaging of medical device products, following SOPs and GMP guidelines, and working with various production equipment.

Training will be provided, with potential overtime and a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and basic math skills; manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, assemble, and package medical device products.
• Follow SOPs, GMP, and GDP guidelines in production.
• Operate production equipment (sealers, autoclave, stir plates, etc.).
• Maintain cleanroom and production areas per GMP standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Complete required training and perform duties as assigned.
