Responsabilidades

• Assist with translating procedures and diagnoses into billing formats.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims accurately and on time.
• Review claims for completeness and correct errors.
• Communicate with patients about billing questions and plans.
• Verify and update insurance information and patient billing records.
• Work with providers and admin teams to ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and company policies.
• Perform data entry, document processing, scanning, and file management.
• Support billing, reimbursement, coding, and claims workflows.
