The Wonderful Agency, part of The Wonderful Company LLC, is seeking a Coordinator for Media Planning & Payments in Los Angeles. The role supports billing, payment processing, and coordination across media activities with a hybrid schedule requiring in-office Mon-Wed and optional remote Thu-Fri.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers; training is provided. Entry-level position with strong growth potential.

Qualifikationen

• Basic Excel proficiency required.
• Strong math skills and comfort with invoices, spend tracking, and payments.
• Attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools, programs, and systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Associate’s degree or higher or equivalent experience.

Aufgaben

• Track planned media spend and maintain the team's media invoice tracker.
• Process invoices and record payment information in tracking tools.
• Coordinate with Media, Finance, and Brand teams and external vendors on billing questions and payments.
• Set up vendor payments; collect and maintain payment documentation (W-9s, ACH info).
• Assist with proof of campaign performance for campaigns and organize supporting docs.
• Support Linear TV rotations and trafficking with related administrative activity.
