Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 0–1 year of experience in pharma/biotech/medical device or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings and mechanical principles.
• Familiarity with GMP, GDP, or regulated manufacturing environments is preferred.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication; ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Support manufacturing and engineering operations for production equipment and processes.
• Assist with equipment installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and continuous improvement activities.
• Prepare and maintain engineering documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and equipment records.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and Maintenance to resolve engineering issues.
• Assist with equipment qualifications, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for equipment or process issues.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and company quality standards.
• Participate in engineering projects and cross-functional team activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Follow company policies and support operational excellence initiatives.
