Job summary

IBM in New York is seeking an entry‑level Maximo Developer to support MAS solutions. You will configure Maximo applications, assist with implementations and upgrades, and help troubleshoot issues across development and production environments.

You will work with Java/JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs, preparing technical docs and collaborating with teams. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of IBM Maximo or EAM concepts.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Java, JavaScript, or scripting languages.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure Maximo applications to meet business requirements.
• Assist with Maximo implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
• Support MAS components such as Manage, Mobile, Monitor, and Health.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and simple customizations.
• Help troubleshoot application and integration issues.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities.
• Validate configuration changes and support production releases.
