The role is ideal for someone who loves helping kids grow confidence and skills, with a flexible, part-time schedule and a calm classroom environment. No experience necessary and paid training provided.

Qualifications

• No experience required for this entry-level role.
• You will be trained to work with students ages 4–13 using Gideon Math & Reading methods.
• Must stay positive, encouraging, and professional with students.

Responsibilities

• Stay positive, encouraging, and professional with students.
• Grade work using pre-assigned booklets and answer keys.
• Guide students to independent learning by using sounding out words and rereading stories or directions.
