Southern National Roofing is hiring an entry-level marketing representative to speak with homeowners, schedule free roof inspections, and represent the brand in local communities. This full-time W-2 role offers hourly pay plus commissions and performance bonuses.

Paid training, ongoing coaching, and a path to promotion are provided; on-site schedule Monday through Saturday, 9am–7pm, with a focus on face-to-face outreach.

Qualifications

• Entry-level marketing role requiring coachable attitude.
• Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative roles is suitable.
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Speak with homeowners and schedule free roof inspections.
• Work in residential neighborhoods as a door-to-door outreach representative.
• Explain our free roof inspection service and set appointments for in-home estimates.
• Represent the brand face-to-face and drive demand through direct community marketing.
