• Organize digital files and client information.
• Assist with social media, email marketing, and content tasks.
• Conduct basic market, customer, and competitor research.
• Review materials for accuracy and consistency.
• Enter and update project information in company systems.
• Maintain organized records for active/completed projects.
• Communicate project updates to team members.
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, and admin staff as needed.
• Attend team meetings and take notes when requested.
• Follow procedures and protect confidential information.
• Complete assigned projects accurately and on time.
• Perform other marketing and administrative duties as needed.
