Vanguard Dynamics seeks an Entry-Level Marketing professional to join our growing team in Towson, MD. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting campaigns through face‑to‑face engagement, brand representation, and promotions in retail and in-person environments.

No previous marketing experience is required; paid training, coaching, and ongoing professional development are provided to help you build the skills needed to succeed. This is a full-time, on-site position with room for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn and receive coaching.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation to the office and assigned work locations.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, marketing, or sales is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands through professional, face-to-face customer interactions.
• Support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Engage with customers in retail and other assigned locations.
• Introduce and explain products and services to customers.
• Communicate key product and brand information clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer interests and provide helpful information.
• Work toward individual and team campaign goals.
• Participate in training sessions, coaching, and team meetings.
• Collaborate with team members to support marketing objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and campaign activity.
