• Support promotional campaigns and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Help increase brand awareness through direct customer engagement.
• Identify customer needs and introduce relevant products, services, and promotions.
• Generate leads and assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.
• Develop hands-on experience with sales strategies, customer acquisition, and campaign performance.
• Work closely with team members and leadership to achieve daily and weekly goals.
• Participate in ongoing paid training and professional development.
