Job summary

New Strategy Inc. is seeking an entry-level Junior Marketing Associate to kickstart your career in marketing and client relations. Training will be provided across leadership, marketing, customer service, and management to develop a well-rounded skill set.

You will strengthen client relationships, plan campaigns, analyze outcomes, and support the sales team with compelling marketing content while pursuing new customer acquisitions through face-to-face interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
• Motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to succeed.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
