Job summary

Atlas Marketing Group Inc. is hiring Entry Level Marketing Assistants in Chicago. No prior sales experience is required as we provide comprehensive training, mentorship, and a clear path into our Business Development and Management Training Program.

As an Entry Level Marketing Assistant, you will represent nationally recognized clients through face-to-face interactions, educate customers about products, and help drive new business growth while developing skills in sales and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face interactions.
• Educate customers on products, services, and promotional offerings.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support sales initiatives while contributing to individual and team goals.
• Develop professional skills in customer service, business development, and consultative sales.
• Participate in ongoing leadership and management training as you progress.
