NextUp Talent in Houston is seeking an Entry-Level Marketing Associate to gain hands-on experience in marketing, events, and customer engagement. You will support campaigns, interact with customers at events, and learn core marketing concepts while building professional skills.

What You'll Do

As a Marketing Associate, you will:

• Learn the core principles of marketing, sales, and customer acquisition
• Represent client brands at promotional events, community activations, and marketing campaigns
• Build meaningful relationships with customers while delivering outstanding service
• Assist in the planning, execution, and promotion of marketing campaigns
• Develop strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback and reporting to management
