Hardy Diagnostics, a 100% employee-owned company, is hiring a full-time entry-level Plate Production Technician in Santa Maria, CA. You will assist with the preparation, setup and production of quality culture media, and help keep the production area and equipment clean.

Training will be provided in a safety-focused environment. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED, the ability to read and follow written instructions, and a willingness to perform physical tasks including

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must read and follow safety rules and batch records.
• Some knowledge of science is helpful.
• Must be able to push/pull 50 lbs, climb a ladder, and stand for the full shift.
