Job summary

Rangeview, Inc. is seeking an entry-level to L2 experienced production operator in El Segundo, CA. You will program, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment while performing material management and maintaining a safe, orderly production area.

The role is onsite with equity opportunities and a compensation range of $23.80–$30.80 per hour, equivalent to $49,504–$64,064 annually, plus equity. You’ll contribute to uptime, process execution, and safe operations in a high-growth

Responsibilities

• Program, load, operate, and troubleshoot automated equipment.
• Execute administrative and asset maintenance tasks across the factory.
• Perform material management including receipt, movement and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Safely handle chemicals and processing equipment.
• Help develop and optimize production processes and procedures.
• Support on-time delivery and machine readiness.
• Follow procedures with PPE and hazard awareness.
