LSI Industries, Inc. in Cincinnati, Ohio is seeking a General Labor to support multiple departments across production areas. The role requires versatility to fill different tasks based on demand and to maintain a consistent work pace while following safety and quality guidelines.

Responsibilities include reading work instructions, inspecting parts, and complying with production procedures. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 lbs, and wear PPE is required.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to rotate on different jobs in different departments.
• Be able to maintain an acceptable work pace throughout the day.
• Responsible for own quality of product.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Use of basic hand tools and PPE equipment.

Responsabilités

• Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and verbal instructions.
• Inspect parts for defects and report deficiencies to the Supervisor.
• Comply with all production and safety procedures and practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
