Job summary

Sierra Pacific Industries in Anderson, CA is hiring multiple entry-level manufacturing positions at our Fabrication Shop with room to learn and advance into other roles. The positions involve working with CNCs, plasma and water jet tables, electrical work, welding, and general fabrication tasks.

The roles are fast-paced, sometimes demanding, with shifts that may include overtime and weekends. We offer paid training and promote from within, plus low-cost health benefits and a 401(k) with company

Responsibilities

• Find yourself in a new career in an entry-level manufacturing position with opportunity to learn and explore many jobs within the Fabrication Shop including CNC machines, Plasma and Water Jet tables, Electrical, Electronics, CNC and PLC Programming, Welding and Fabrication
• Responsible for general shop clean up and maintenance within our fabrication shop
• Assist fabricators with prepping material, grinding, running a drill press, and metal cutting using a band saw
• The work is fast paced and can, at times, be demanding
• Repetitive lifting and working in both hot and cold work environments
• Work may consist of various shifts, with some overtime and weekend work during busy production times
