Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze common financial reports.
• Read blueprints and create material lists.
• Respond to common customer inquiries or complaints.

What You’ll Do

As a Manager Trainee, you will receive full‑time, entry‑level training across all aspects of store operations with the goal of promotion to a management position. The role includes learning in Sales and Customer Service, Store Operations and Inventory Management, Blueprint Reading and Estimation, Forklift Operation and Certification, Business Management, and Microsoft Office Suite. Completion of the learning plan and willingness to relocate for a management position is required.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

Work both indoor and outdoor in all weather conditions (wet, humid, hot, or cold). Requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 80 pounds. May work around machinery and airborne particles.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
