Culver's Management Team in Florida is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will build and lead shifts, coach team members, and maintain high standards of service, food safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of restaurant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
