Job summary

Rohrer Corporation in Hayesville, OH is seeking an entry-level Maintenance Technician to support our Ohio plant. Schedule is Sunday through Wednesday 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, full-time on-site. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, lubrication, and assist senior technicians.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial maintenance.
Ability to read and follow maintenance instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Conduct routine inspections of machinery.
Lubricate, clean, adjust, and replace wear components.
Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Complete maintenance work orders and PM documentation accurately.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Follow LOTO and all plant safety procedures.
Assist senior technicians with equipment repairs and machine rebuilds.
Identify potential equipment concerns and communicate findings to maintenance leadership.
Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
Participate in training programs to develop maintenance skills.
