Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to perform general building maintenance with supervision. You will handle custodial work, minor repairs, and support engineers with material handling and project tasks.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, completion of an apprentice program or trade school, and roughly 1+ year of related commercial property experience. A mechanically inclined candidate is preferred.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Regularly required to travel outside between properties in varying weather conditions.
