The role covers mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems with a Monday–Friday first-shift schedule. Ideal candidates have industrial maintenance experience, strong work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds as needed. Overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment; read technical documents.

Location: Plymouth, MI
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Shift: 1st Shift Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM ( Flexible)
Pay: $31-$33.65per hour

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment


• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery


• Assist with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic repairs


• Diagnose equipment issues and replace defective components


• Read equipment manuals and follow maintenance procedures


• Support facility maintenance activities as needed


• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and replacement parts


• Use hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectively


• Participate in equipment setup, changeovers, and improvement activities


• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements

What We're Looking For
