Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment and machinery.

Entry-Level Maintenance Technician | Lapeer, MI

Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday–Saturday, 5:30 AM–4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Saturday, 4:30 PM–3:00 AM

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Pay: $16.00/hour

What We’re Looking For

What to Expect

This is an active manufacturing environment. The work can be dirty and physically hands‑on, and maintenance needs can change quickly depending on production.

Candidates should be comfortable working the full assigned shift and supporting a Monday–Saturday production schedule.
