Responsibilities

• Operate equipment per standard procedures.
• Read blueprints and work instructions for accuracy.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on machinery.
• Safely operate forklifts to move materials.
• Monitor processes and communicate issues promptly.
• Use hand/power tools and calipers for tasks.
• Assist with production, assembly, and machine operation.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and escalate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety/quality standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet deadlines and goals.
• Demonstrate punctual attendance and accountability.
