You will operate production machinery, load parts, perform basic inspections with micrometers and calipers, and maintain accurate records while following safety and work instructions.

Qualifications

• Experience using micrometers and calipers is required.
• Ability to accurately read measurements and perform basic dimensional inspections.
• Basic mechanical aptitude required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery following work instructions and safety requirements.
• Load and unload parts and materials from machines.
• Perform basic inspections of manufactured parts.
• Use micrometers and calipers to measure parts and verify dimensions.
• Identify and report parts outside specification.
• Read and follow work instructions, routers, and production docs.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Meet production and quality targets.
• Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
