Job summary

Coworx Staffing Services LLC in Rhode Island seeks Entry-Level Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in East Providence. Training is provided; this temp-to-hire role offers 4 days on, 4 days off, with shifts from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing or production experience preferred, but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow production schedules and quality standards
• Perform basic machine inspections and report issues
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Accurately complete production documentation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
