Piccolo Precision Products Inc. is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator to join our precision manufacturing team in Madison Lake, MN. No machining experience is required as we provide paid, hands-on training under an experienced machinist.

You will learn to operate CNC equipment, read basic specifications, and contribute to producing high-quality parts. We offer flexible scheduling with full-time or part-time W-2 employment, comprehensive training, mentorship, and opportunities to grow in CNC

Qualifications

• No machining experience required.
• Must be at least 18 years old due to shop safety requirements.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and interest in manufacturing.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Willingness to learn and work as part of a small team.

Responsibilities

• Learn safe shop practices and follow all safety procedures
• Assist with setting up and operating CNC machining equipment under supervision
• Learn to read blueprints, work instructions, and basic specifications
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
• Load materials and monitor machines during production
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organized
• Complete production and inspection documentation
• Ask questions, accept feedback, and steadily develop machining skills
• Perform other shop duties as assigned

Entry-Level Machine Operator

Company: Piccolo Precision Products Inc.

Location: Madison Lake, MN

Schedule: Our standard business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexibility available based on the employee's schedule and business needs.

Pay: $19-$21 per hour

Employment type: Full-time or part-time, hourly W-2 position. Weekly hours and schedule will be determined based on the candidate's availability and business needs.
