The role emphasizes in‑process quality control, record‑keeping, safety, and meeting daily productivity targets; requires a high school diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs, read instructions, and operate pallet jacks or forklift.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with industrial equipment and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and read basic measurement devices.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs regularly and operate pallet jacks; forklift experience is a plus.
• Adheres to safety policies and PPE requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Setup, operation and troubleshooting of production equipment in the Filler's department.
• In-process quality control using test equipment.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain production records for order tracking and material traceability.
• Package product and monitor the process.
• Participate in a safety-first culture.
