Job summary

AWE, located in Horsham, PA, is seeking an entry-level Machine Operator I. You will work hands-on with advanced fabrication equipment to prepare and process raw materials, building a foundation for long-term skill growth in the automotive performance industry.

You will prepare materials, operate multiple machines (bandsaw, CNC, laser, robot, etc.), and ensure timely, accurate work with 5S standards and TPM practices. AWE emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare metal tubes, bars, and other materials and stage them for the next operation.
• Operate machines such as bandsaw, tube cutters, deburr, sizing dies, laser, CNC, robot, etc., to meet II-level expectations.
• Measure, cut, deburr, and stage raw materials per manufacturing instructions.
• Complete all work accurately and on time according to quality standards.
• Maintain quality and minimize scrap; perform TPM reviews and keep area clean.
• Adhere to safety rules, PPE requirements, and company policies.
