Job summary

You will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and work to meet defined output targets. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, with prior manufacturing experience preferred and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand process documents.
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Follow all process documents, such as work instructions, procedures, inspection criteria. Report results in QMS and communicate non-conformances to leadership.
• Manufacture products in alignment with defined output standards as measured by daily operational efficiency.
• Demonstrate flexibility of schedule for training opportunities and personal/company objectives.
• Understand and adhere to all safety requirements; communicate risks to leadership.
• Maintain 5S standards and a safe, organized work environment.
