Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Ability to read part and assembly drawings preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude with emphasis on safety and quality.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team or alone.
• Capable of bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, and maneuvering around machines.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
• Willing to obtain Hi-Lo forklift, aerial platform, and overhead crane licenses during employment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Machine Builders with the assembly of equipment.
• Document changes and communicate issues.
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision.
• Support ISO/Quality standards during builds.
• Communicate progress on open issues during builds.
• Contribute to cost, quality, timing, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
• Learn to operate mills, drill presses, sanders, and saws safely.
