This full-time role offers paid training, opportunities for advancement, and overtime based on production needs. Candidates should be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and work as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Able to work safely in a fast-paced sawmill/manufacturing environment.
• Capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
• Follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail.
• Dependable with strong attendance and a team-first attitude.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a productive work environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Sort and grade lumber according to size, quality, and production standards.
• Stack lumber safely and remove damaged or defective materials.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Help maintain a steady flow of materials throughout production.
• Report quality, equipment, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and equipment practices.
• Work closely with machine operators, forklift drivers, and production team members.
• Perform other duties as needed to support daily sawmill operations.
