Job summary

Grease Monkey International in Monument, CO is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn and perform basic vehicle maintenance safely. You will gain skills in filters, fluids, batteries, and tire care while upholding quality service and safety standards.

Responsibilities include general center upkeep, training, and teamwork. This part-time role offers hands-on learning, uniform provision, and opportunities to grow within our service team.

Qualifications

• Driver’s License is required to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing; basic math.
• Safely and properly use mechanical tools without vehicle damage.
• Demonstrate self-accountability, teamwork, willingness, and ability to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning, including mopping, windows, lawn care and restrooms.
• Attend required training and team meetings; perform other duties as assigned.
• Follow grooming standards and uniform guidelines; uniforms provided.
• Assist in basic vehicle maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Maintain a respectful and safe workplace environment.
