Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Waco, TX is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team. You’ll learn through award-winning training and perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery tests, and 18-point safety inspections to help customers stay safe on the road.

We offer a strong benefits package, a training path toward management within 18–24 months, and weekly pay at $15.50/hour with uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Ability to review training materials and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventive maintenance on vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, and inspect lights and batteries.
• Perform an 18-point safety check and other maintenance services.
