Job summary

Grease-Monkey is seeking an entry-level Lube Technician to learn and perform essential vehicle maintenance tasks under supervision. You will be trained in the company0method for service acceleration and career growth while delivering safe, quality work for customers.

You will gain hands-on experience with basic maintenance, inspect for safety, and contribute to a respectful, clean shop environment. Uniform shirts and safety gear are provided to all teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver9s license is required.
• Good communication skills in writing and speaking.
• Basic math ability for everyday tasks and transactions.
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Strong teamwork and reliability in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general center maintenance and cleaning.
• Assist with basic vehicle services as trained (filters, batteries, fluids, etc.).
• Attend required trainings and team meetings.
• Follow grooming standards and uniform guidelines.
• Record time accurately and complete required documentation.
