Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Waco, TX is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, customer-focused team. You’ll learn oil changes and preventive maintenance through our award-winning training program, with no prior automotive experience required.

You’ll perform oil changes, check fluids, rotate tires, test batteries, inspect lights and wipers, and complete an 18-point maintenance check as part of a supportive, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Schedule flexibility, including weekend availability.
• Eagerness to learn and a friendly attitude.
• Desire to be part of a customer-focused team.
• Ability to read and understand written and digital training materials and safety procedures.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsibilities
