Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Boaz, Alabama is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our team. You’ll perform oil changes and preventive maintenance with a focus on safety and customer service, while being trained through our award-winning program.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays).
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking; Spanish fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and service checks per guidelines.
• Check and refill fluids during vehicle maintenance.
• Rotate tires and inspect tires for wear.
• Test and replace batteries, lights, and wipers as needed.
• Perform an 18-point safety/maintenance check.
