Job summary

Wagner Equipment Co. is seeking a Field Service (Lube) Technician for the 2nd shift in California. You will perform basic preventative maintenance on customer earthmoving equipment while upholding the company’s One Professional Team vision.

Pay range is $23.00–$31.44 per hour plus shift differential; weekend work and 50–75% travel are required. A CDL is required and pre-employment screenings apply. Benefits include PTO, insurance, 401K, and more.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years servicing machines.
• 1+ years administrative/clerical experience.
• 1+ years customer service experience.
• CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Completes service, warranty, and inspection reports as needed.
• Operates heavy equipment safely.
• Communicates PM problems to supervisor as they occur.
• Obtains oil samples from machines.
• Replaces oil, filters, and fluids.
• Trains and guides the work of other PM Technicians.
• Performs machine inspection reports.
