Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Alexandria, MN is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No automotive experience required; our award-winning training program will teach you oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery tests, lights and wipers, and an 18-point inspection.

You’ll work in a friendly, customer-focused team with opportunities for career advancement, including a path to management within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training provided from day one.
• Ability to stand up to 8 hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• English reading, writing and speaking required.
• Weekend availability likely.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance for vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, test batteries.
• Inspect lights and wipers, and complete an 18-point maintenance check.
