Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Bethalto, IL is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician. You’ll join a friendly, collaborative team and help keep vehicles safe on the road by performing oil changes and basic maintenance with our award-winning training program.

No automotive experience is required; you’ll receive hands-on training, mentored by experienced teammates, with opportunities for career growth into a Service Center Manager within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training provided from day one.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Read and understand training materials and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and basic maintenance per service checklists.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, inspect lights and wipers.
