Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Springfield, OR is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No automotive experience required; we provide award-winning training to prepare you for hands-on maintenance tasks and exceptional customer service.

You’ll learn oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, and more in a supportive team. Benefits include health coverage, paid time off, life balance, uniforms and tools, and opportunities for advancement within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and top-off fluids.
• Check and refill vehicle fluids.
• Rotate tires and inspect tires.
• Test and replace batteries as needed.
• Inspect and replace exterior and interior lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and other preventive services.
