Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Meridian, ID invites you to join as an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No prior automotive experience required as a comprehensive training program will teach you oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotation, battery tests, and more.

You will perform preventive maintenance while delivering friendly, top-tier customer service in a fast-paced shop.

Qualifications

• No automotive experience required; award-winning training program will teach you oil changes and maintenance.
• Ability to read and understand written materials and safety procedures.
• English reading, writing, and speaking fluency required.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to learn in a customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services: oil changes, fluid checks, and top-ups.
• Rotate tires and inspect lights, wipers, and batteries.
• Conduct a standard 18-point maintenance check and document results.
• Provide top-tier customer service and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Explain services and recommendations to guests clearly.
• Support team with varied tasks to ensure smooth shop operations.
