Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Harrison, OH is looking for an Entry-Level Lube Technician. No previous automotive experience is required; we provide award-winning training to help you succeed from day one.

You’ll perform oil changes and maintenance tasks such as fluid checks, tire rotations, battery tests, lights and wiper inspections, and an 18-point maintenance check inside a friendly, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• You must be able to stand for long periods, read training materials, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Check and refill fluids, rotate tires, and test batteries.
• Inspect lights and wipers and complete an 18-point maintenance check.
