Job summary

Valvoline Instant Oil Change is hiring an Entry-Level Lube Technician at our Cordova, TN location. You will receive award-winning training to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and battery inspections, contributing to safe, reliable vehicles for customers.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, a friendly team environment, and opportunities to grow into leadership within 18–24 months. Flexible weekend availability is expected, with no late nights.

Qualifications

• From day one, you’ll get hands-on training and support to thrive as a Lube Technician.
• You’ll learn to perform oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and other preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and preventative maintenance using prescribed procedures.
• Check and refill engine fluids, rotate tires, and inspect lights and wipers.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and document results for service records.
