Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Coeur d'Alene, ID seeks an Entry-Level Lube Technician to join a friendly, collaborative team. You’ll assist customers, perform routine maintenance, and learn automotive service through a structured training program.

QUALIFICATIONS: What you’ll need to keep moving forward

We seek team members with:

• Schedule flexibility (Weekend availability is likely, but we ensure you don’t work late nights or holidays)
• An eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to be part of a customer-focused team
• This role requires the ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking
• We expect you can: Stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds; Crouch, bend, twist, and work with your hands above your head; Be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
