Valvoline Instant Oil Change in Cincinnati is seeking an Entry-Level Lube Technician to perform oil changes and preventative maintenance with a friendly, customer-focused team. Training will teach you how to service vehicles and deliver top-tier customer experiences.

No prior automotive experience is required; you will receive hands-on training and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive environment.

• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and service checks for vehicles.
• Check and refill fluids and inspect components.
• Rotate tires and inspect/replacement of lights and wipers.
• Communicate maintenance results to customers with care.
• Complete an 18-point maintenance check and other services as assigned.
